To find your proper fit for your Penile Rings, measure the circumference of the penile shaft while erect where you wish the ring to fit (the base of the shaft is recommended but some wish to experiment with a variety of locations for a difference in sensation). To find your inner diameter, divide the circumference of the shaft by 3.14.

Clean your Electro Flex Penile Rings with warm water and antibacterial dish soap. Then just allow to air dry.
