How Penis Pumping Works

Penis pumping works through the controlled application of vacuum pressure to a penis using a vacuum cylinder and vacuum pump. Vacuum pressure increases penile thickness (or girth) by enlarging the volume of the corpora cavernosa, a spongy tissue that retains blood to produce an erection. Vacuum pressure also lengthens the penis by stretching the suspensory ligament, making it more elastic, and thus allowing the penis to grow longer during an erection.

Using a cylinder that is too large in diameter (circumference) will hamper the enlargement process as the larger cylinder will pump the surrounding skin, as well as the muscle tissue, causing "bumps" and irregularities of the penis surface.

The correct size cylinder is the most effective and efficient way to grow in girth and length with vacuum pumping! So be sure to purchase the cylinder based on the Penis Sizing Chart we've provided (below). Then, as you develop, progressively work-up to the next larger cylinder.

To accurately measure the circumference of your penis, it must be erect. Measure your girth by wrapping a string around your erect penis, then use a felt-tip pen to heavily mark the point on the string where it crosses itself. Next, straighten the string, and use a ruler to measure the distance between the two marks. This measurement will represent your penile girth.

Simply wash with warm soapy water to remove any residual lube, then rinse with clear warm water and dry. Be sure to allow for drying completely before storing in any airtight containers, so that water is not trap in the valve mechanism.
