Returns & Exchanges

Your utmost pleasure is our business, and we go to great pains to ensure that your desires are met. Towards that end, we will take the time to work with you to resolve any concerns you may have about the products you purchase from us. The following policy sets the framework within which we will endeavor to make you as happy as possible.

30-Day Store Credit Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only, provided the all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The item was shipped within the past 30 days, as determined by the date on the packing list.
  2. The item is resalable. See Resale of Returns for more information about what is considered resalable.
  3. Authorization is obtained before shipping the item back to us. See Return Procedure for more information.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

30-Day Warranty Exchange Policy

We warrant all of our products for a period of 30 days from the shipment date, and will replace any defective product within that period. Note: This applies to defective items only. Items that are misused or damaged by abuse are no longer under warranty.

Prior authorization is required. See Return Procedure for more information.

We will compensate you for reasonable shipping charges incurred in the authorized return of a defective item, and will ship a replacement to you at our expense.

Resale of Returns

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns of items that may have been opened and may have come in contact with a bodily fluid of any type. Examples of such items include (but are not limited to):

  • Dildos and vibrators
  • Enema kits and equipment
  • Sounds
  • Gags
  • Chastity devices
  • Anything that breaks the surface of the skin
  • Anything that is inserted into the penis, vagina, anus, or mouth

Items that are not 100% complete and in like-new condition, or do not include all of the original packaging and packaging material, original UPC codes, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer are not considered resalable, and cannot be returned under our 30-Day Store Credit Return Policy. Note: This applies to defective items only. Items that are misused or damaged by abuse are no longer under warranty.

Return Procedure

  1. Request return authorization by sending an email to orders@twistedclinic.com or by calling our customer care center at 707-476-0106 Mon-Fri 10AM - 4:30PM PT. For faster service, please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for the return in your email or have this information available when you call.
  2. Ship the item and all original packaging, documentation and accessories with RA# on the label to:

    We recommend insuring your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and we recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

Processing begins the moment you submit your order. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an order after it is submitted. Please order carefully.
