I used to use a bottle of alcohol and make up pads whenever I needed to clean equipment (or patients!), but these are SO much more convinient... and the way that they're packaged is so much closer to what is used in a real clinic than what I had been using.

it makes the medical play that much more real to have everything down to my cleaning supplies so neat and tidy

These things also have a REALLY strong rubbing alcohol that makes wherever I'm using them smell just like a real clinic. Since I can't afford to have a big fancy clinic of my own yet, creating a realistic smellscape makes a huge difference.
