The Higginson Enema Syringe is designed to pump the enema fluid/solution from any container or bag by squeezing the center "bulb".

With each release of the bulb, the fluid is drawn into the intake hose side of the syringe and fills the bulb. Then each successive squeezing of the bulb  forces the enema fluid out of the bulb, through the built-in nozzle and into the rectum.

Operation of the Higginson is as easy as squeezing the bulb, with each release of the bulb fluid is drawn into the intake hose side of the syringe and fills the bulb. Then each successive squeezing of the bulb forces the enema fluid out of the bulb, through the built-in nozzle and into the rectum.

This is not designed to free flow from a bag (but can be used with a bag, as long as the adjustable hose clamp is in place for controlling water flow), but rather it gives short bursts of fluid from any open topped container when pumped. It is just another great enema option, another tactile sensation.

Clean in warm water with a little anti-bacterial soap, rinse and allow to air dry.
